Description: Prepare site for building operations, furnish labor and materials, and perform work. Work had to be completed on night shifts and weekends. Building was occupied and detailed coordination was needed to get access to rooms and make sure there is no interruption to personnel or building operation.
Scope of Work: Replace hot water system, add hot water return piping, replace pumps, relocate and replace two heat exchangers with new controls and electrical work, and conduct water balancing.
