Description: Renovate the main lobby of an operational hospital. Noise control, infection control, and negative air pressure control required for the entire project. New renovations must match existing in other parts of the hospital. Hospital operations must not be interrupted nor patients disturbed. Non-standard scheduling and coordination required. Scope of work includes: five phases in occupied hospital, demolition, asbestos abatement, flooring, ceiling, drywall and framing, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors and hardware.
