Description: Renovate HVAC & electrical in an operational administration and visitor center at Arlington National Cemetery. Work was scheduled room by room, at night, and after hours to avoid any impact on operations.
Scope of Work: remove and replace three old air handling units with three new chillers and chilled underground water pipes. Install three new AHU’s, as well as converting the HVAC system from constant volume to VAV system; added VFD to AHU & pumps. Provide a temporary HVAC as needed. Install a new control system.
