Description: Design-Build to convert an existing warehouse into office space at Bldg. 407. Three-phase design build including surveying and asbestos abatement. Conversion required new HVAC units on the roof, which required additional structural evaluations and reinforcements.
Scope of Work: design-build, asbestos abatement, framing, drywall, ceiling, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, flooring and painting.
