Description: Renovate the entire FDA building in Irvine. Building was operational and access to labs and offices was limited. Coordinated with building management, operations, and security. Work was done overnight and offices were returned to their original condition by morning with no effect on operations. Posted notices at least 24 hours in advance of construction. Project was completed ahead of time and on budget.
Scope of Work: painting and replacing carpet in basement, first and second floor offices and labs of an operational building. Disassembly, and removal of furniture required in preparation of paint and flooring crews – return and reassembly of furniture required by 3am each night.
